The complex is made up of four buildings, two of which face the rue du Général de Dais.
A first part which constitutes the entrance, gives access to a large reception room with exposed beams. One goes up one floor by a very old interior stone staircase with religious inscriptions in Latin, which mark the belonging of the place to ancient places of worship, attached to the chapel of Saint Nicolas des Courtils, which is adjacent on the back.
This staircase serves two floors.
A new section was built all the way to the back. Made of two floors, it is composed of 8 rooms, sanitary and stairs.
Two other very old parts attached to the whole by common living rooms give in rooms served by superb stone staircases on 4 to 5 levels.
