The next room is a large equipped kitchen, open to the dining room (40m2). A sliding bay window gives immediate access to the terrace for lunch under the flowered gazebo&#8230;<br \/>\nA back kitchen hides a small staircase to go up in your apartments!<br \/>\nStill on the ground floor, a 15m2 bedroom with a bay window overlooking the garden; this room is separated by a dressing room from its 8m2 bathroom (double sinks, shower and toilet).<br \/>\nAccessible from the entrance the laundry room of 9 m2 with an additional toilet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ON THE FLOOR<br \/>\nA beautiful oak staircase (original) will lead you directly there.<br \/>\nLarge landing giving access to the 2nd bedroom (17m2) very luminous with its 2 windows, en suite shower room (10m2) with single basin, shower, wc and also a large dressing room.<br \/>\nOpposite a 3rd bedroom (16 m2) and a corridor leading to the 4th bedroom (14m2) serves the shower room (7m2) common to these 2 bedrooms, with its double basin, shower and toilet. Solar panels will lighten your electricity bills. The gate is automated.<br \/>\nLarge outbuildings overlooking the garden and pool will also allow you to create new spaces (g\u00eete) if you wish.<br \/>\nA barn and a yard will allow you to easily park 2 cars<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The house is located in a quiet area, at the entrance of a small village close to the forest (hiking trails) and a horse riding center and 9 kms from the first shops.
